Do I need a Visa to travel to the US? When travelling to the US, you DON’T need a visa but you MUST make an application to travel to the US by filling out a Visa Waiver form. There is a small application fee that needs to be paid before you will get your approval. Currently it is US $14 per person. Generally, the application only takes a few days to be approved and once approved, it it valid for 2 years so if there is a chance you’ll be travelling again to the US within the 2 years, leave it until a few weeks before you travel. You will need a current passport/s, an address of where you will be staying when you first land in the US and a credit card for the payment. They accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
